Outreach Services

Our outreach team meets people where they are. We provide direct support and connect individuals and families with meals, shelter, health resources, and other vital services in Homestead and Miami-Dade. We observe World Homeless Day (October 10) and host seasonal outreach—see Events for the next date, including our year-end Homeless Outreach gathering.

Outreach happens in the community—at events, on the street, and in partnership with local organizations. We build trust through consistency and compassion.

We help people navigate systems, fill out forms, and get to appointments. Sometimes the biggest impact is a listening ear or a clear next step.

Outreach relies on dedicated volunteers and community partners. If you want to be part of this work, we invite you to get involved.

Join outreach events and team activities. You will receive orientation and work alongside experienced staff and volunteers.
